Sheep & Goats Wormer Instructions

Goats: Mix 1 TBSP of Verm Oust with feed, grain, pellets and add a little water to bind it together so the goats don’t miss much of it. You can use Black Strap Molasses as well which is fine but do NOT ever use any processed form of sugar, these are toxic to your animals and bind an destroy calcium leading to bone deficiencies.

Dosing times: 1 TBSP twice a day for three days straight then dose once a week, in morning and afternoon/evening. We recommend dosing 3-4 days before full moon and continue 3 days after full moon as parasites are likely to be more susceptible at this time.

Verm Oust should not be taken along with or at the same time as medications, drugs or supplements. If your goat is on a medication make sure it will not react to any of the herbs.

Sheep: Mix 2 TBSPs of Verm Oust with feed, grain, pellets and add a little water to bind it together so the sheep don’t miss much of it. You can use Black Strap Molasses as well but sheep should not be fed large quantities of molasses.

Dosing times: 2 TBSPs twice a day for three days straight then dose once a week, in morning and afternoon/evening. We recommend dosing 3-4 days before full moon and continue 3 days after full moon as parasites are likely to be more susceptible at this time.

What if they won’t eat it?
Mix Verm Oust with Molasses if they will not eat it directly in their feed. Usually once they get use to it they readily consume it.

What if my goat/sheep has a heavy burden?
Any animal with a heavy worm burden should be carefully monitored and watched. It is completely fine to start with a smaller dose and build up to allow gradual work. You know your animals, watch them and listen to them.
