If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We are happy to issue a full refund for any order that has not yet shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
For safety and quality control reasons, we do not accept returns of Verm Oust. However, if your product arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly provide a replacement at no additional cost.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method and normally reach your account within a few business days of being processed, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under applicable law in respect of goods that are faulty, damaged or not as described.
